Success is the Enemy of Creativity

Sorry I have not been blogging too much lately, I am hard at work on my next book and most of what I write these days is getting snarfed up by people who want to put it on their newsletter websites.

This article resulted from a discussion at a recent gathering where a friend was talking about whether china was as creative as the US.  I found this idea to be intriguing, and when I looked at the historical record of national creativity, the pattern revealed some fascinating results.  — jl
